Karley Brunelle, MA (she/her)

Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

Karley is a Florida native who finds grounding and inspiration in the outdoors—especially time spent on the water and at the beach. She values balance, meaningful connection, and the restorative power of nature, all of which influence her work as a counselor. As a mother, she brings a deep appreciation for the complexities of caregiving, identity, and life transitions, which informs her compassionate approach to therapy.

Karley believes that each person is brilliantly unique and deserving of care that reflects that individuality. Her therapeutic approach is personalized and collaborative, designed to help clients navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and self-compassion. She works to empower clients to view their experiences through a fresh lens, deepen their relationships, and cultivate a more fulfilling and enjoyable life.

With a background in education, Karley brings a strong love for learning and for sharing research-based best practices in an accessible, empowering way. Her work is neuro-focused, integrating an understanding of the brain with the whole person—mind, body, and lived experience—to support meaningful and lasting growth aligned with each client’s values, strengths, and needs.
